The quality of your artwork has the biggest impact on the final appearance of your custom drum head. Whenever possible, submit high-resolution, production-ready artwork for the best print quality.

Recommended Artwork: High-resolution PNG, Vector (AI, EPS, SVG), or high-resolution PDF files that are ready for production.

Artwork That May Require Preparation: Screenshots, social media images, website logos, blurry artwork, low-resolution files, or photos of artwork.

Complete the custom drum head submission form with all the necessary specifications. This form captures the exact details needed to manufacture your unique drum head:

Drum Head Size: Select the correct drum size (e.g., Bass Drum, 22 Inches).

Finish and Color: Choose your desired material finish and color (e.g., Gloss or Matte).

Port Hole Option: Specify if you require a port hole, its placement (e.g., Offset 4 Inch) and if a port hole protector is desired.
Review & Approve Your Mock-Up
Professional Proofing by REZO Custom Drum Heads.
After receiving your artwork and details, REZO goes to work creating a professional proof.

Digital Mock-Up: We will email you a digital mock-up showing exactly how your high-resolution artwork will appear on your selected drum head specifications.

For Your Approval: This step ensures 100% satisfaction. Please review the mock-up carefully for placement, size, and spelling.

Ready to Roll: Once you approve the digital proof, the design is locked in and ready for the production floor.
Production & Fast Shipment

Once your final approval is received, your custom drum head is added to our que - and put into production by FDS Drum Services.

Standard Production Time: Your head REZO head should be made and ready to ship or pick up within 4–5 business days. We will advise otherwise.
