What file types do you accept?

Preferred File Types:

We accept PNG (high-resolution), PDF, and vector files such as SVG, EPS, and AI. Vector files are always preferred when available.

What size and resolution should my image be?

Accepted Answer

For PNG files, artwork must be at least 2,500 × 2,500 pixels with a minimum of 300 DPI - Higher DPI is always better. Larger files will always produce better results.

Minor adjustments may be possible. If your artwork requires more extensive cleanup, resizing, or redrawing, we’ll let you know before moving forward.

No worries. Review the file type guidelines found on the 'Start Your Order' page - Or submit what you have. If there are any issues, we’ll contact you before production. Reviewing our file guidelines before submitting is very helpful.

Can I submit a black, white, or single-color logo?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Black, white, and single-color logos print extremely well and are very common. Just make sure the file is high-resolution or vector-based.

How long is production after mockup approval?

Production typically takes 4–5 business days, depending on current order volume.

How long does it take to receive my mockup?

Mockups are typically delivered within 2 business days. Please check your spam folder just in case. If you can't find it after 2 business days, feel free to contact us and we'll get on it ASAP!

We offer custom drum heads in most standard drum sizes - 20" to 26". If you need a non-standard size, reach out and we’ll confirm availability.

Yes. By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to reproduce the design.

Changes can usually be made before mockup approval. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to update anything.

Rush orders may be available depending on workload. Please contact us before ordering if you’re on a tight deadline.

We offer shipping and local pickup. We also offer local delivery here in Nashville TN for a small fee - when available. Details will be provided during checkout or after ordering.

Yes. If you’d like endorsement or sponsor logos added, you can either provide high-resolution versions of the logos, or we can use our in-house logo library for a small additional fee.
